Zach La Motta

Formerly Anchor Capital Partners, Zach La Motta co-founded LFF in 2021, where he oversees overall investment strategy and portfolio operations including acquisitions and asset management. Additionally, Zach is responsible for all value-add initiatives and acts as the director of construction management. Lastly, Zach is the Managing Principal of High Meadow Management, the property and asset management arm of LFF. Prior to founding LFF, Zach was a Director at The Stro Companies, a New Jersey-based industrial real estate operator.

Zach graduated from Vanderbilt University and holds an MS in Real Estate Finance & Investment from New York University’s Schack Institute of Real Estate.

Steven Farkas

Formerly Anchor Capital Partners, Steven Farkas co-founded LFF in 2021, where he is responsible for financial analysis, the structuring of debt and equity, and investor relations. Prior to founding LFF, Steven was an Associate at Tavros Capital, a New York City real estate investment and development firm, where he specialized in acquisitions, capital markets and asset management across residential, office, and mixed-use assets. Steven has played an integral role in over $1.8 billion worth of development and value-add transactions. Steven began his career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Shelter Rock Capital Group focused on private real estate funds. Alongside LFF, Steven is active with Farkas Management, a New York based multifamily owner-operator.

Steven graduated from Vanderbilt University with a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering.

Paul Favia

Paul Favia joined LFF in 2024 and brings with him expertise in the financial, data, and energy sectors. He acts as a liason to institutional finance and advises on infrastructure investments for LFF. Concurrent with his role at LFF, Paul runs Tower Circle Holdings, an asset management subsidiary of a large Chicago based hedge fund.

Paul graduated from Vanderbilt University.
