Zach La Motta

Founder & Managing Partner

Zach La Motta has a decade of experience acquiring, repositioning, and operating industrial real estate. He founded LFF and serves as Managing Partner, leading investment strategy, acquisitions, capitalization, asset management, and value-creation execution. Zach also serves as Managing Principal of High Meadow Management, LFF’s property, construction, and asset management arm. Before founding LFF, he was a Director at The Stro Companies, a New Jersey-based industrial real estate owner and operator.

Zach graduated from Vanderbilt University and holds an MS in Real Estate Finance and Investment from New York University’s Schack Institute of Real Estate.

Paul Favia

General Partner & Strategic Advisor

Paul Favia joined LFF in 2024, bringing with him expertise in the financial, data, and energy sectors. He is a General Partner and Strategic Advisor at LFF. Concurrent with his role at LFF, Paul runs Tower Circle Holdings, a multi-strategy asset management subsidiary of a large Chicago based family office.

Paul graduated from Vanderbilt University with a Bachelor of Science.

Steven Farkas

Strategic Advisor

Steven Farkas has been involved with LFF since inception and maintains an advisory role. Alongside LFF, Steven is active with Farkas Management and Spyglass Capital Partners. Prior to LFF, Steven worked at Tavros Capital, a New York City real estate investment and development firm, where he specialized in acquisitions, capital markets and asset management across residential, office, and mixed-use assets. Steven began his career in Investment Banking at Shelter Rock Capital Group focused on private real estate funds.

Steven graduated from Vanderbilt University with a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering.
