Senior Leadership

Zach La Motta has a decade of experience acquiring, repositioning, and operating industrial real estate. He founded LFF and serves as Managing Partner, leading investment strategy, acquisitions, and asset management. Zach also serves as Managing Principal of High Meadow Management, LFF’s property and construction management arm, which manages a portion of LFF’s assets directly. Before founding LFF, he was a Director at The Stro Companies, a New Jersey-based industrial real estate owner and operator.

Zach graduated from Vanderbilt University and holds an MS in Real Estate Finance and Investment from New York University’s Schack Institute of Real Estate.

Paul has worked alongside LFF as a general partner since 2024, supporting investment strategy, capital formation, and platform growth. He also leads Tower Circle Holdings, an asset-management subsidiary of a Chicago-based family office and brings experience across complex private equity investing. Paul graduated from Vanderbilt University with a Bachelor of Science in Philosophy.

Steven has advised LFF since its founding and provides perspective on transaction structuring. He is active with Farkas Management and Spyglass Capital Partners and previously worked at Tavros Capital, where he focused on real estate acquisitions, capital markets, and asset management. He began his career in investment banking at Shelter Rock Capital Group and graduated from Vanderbilt University with a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering.
