Zach La Motta

Founder & Managing Partner

Zach La Motta founded LFF and serves as the Managing Partner, overseeing investment strategy and portfolio operations including acquisitions and asset management. Additionally, Zach is responsible for all value-add initiatives and acts as the director of development. Zach is the Managing Principal of High Meadow Management, the property, construction, and asset management arm of LFF. Prior to founding LFF, Zach was a Director at The Stro Companies, a New Jersey-based industrial real estate operator.

Zach graduated from Vanderbilt University and holds an MS in Real Estate Finance & Investment from New York University's Schack Institute of Real Estate.

Paul Favia

Senior Advisor & General Partner

Paul Favia joined LFF in 2024, bringing with him expertise in the financial, data, and energy sectors. He acts as a senior advisor and general partner. Concurrent with his role at LFF, Paul runs Tower Circle Holdings, an asset management subsidiary of a large Chicago based family office.

Paul graduated from Vanderbilt University with a Bachelor of Science.

Steven Farkas

Senior Advisor

Steven Farkas has been involved with LFF since inception and maintains a senior advisory role. Alongside LFF, Steven is active with Farkas Management and Spyglass Capital Partners. Prior to LFF, Steven worked at Tavros Capital, a New York City real estate investment and development firm, where he specialized in acquisitions, capital markets and asset management across residential, office, and mixed-use assets. Steven began his career in Investment Banking at Shelter Rock Capital Group focused on private real estate funds.

Steven graduated from Vanderbilt University with a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering.
